servicesureThe Servicesure Autocentre programme was established in 2004 by the Parts Alliance as a national network of like-minded top quality independent garages. Members meet and abide by a strict set of business practices set out in a Customer Service Charter with a high level of quality is demanded of all Servicesure garages.

It was previously the case that consumers couldn’t have their vehicles serviced at an independent garage without invalidating their warranty. However, due to changes made in European legislation in October 2003, this is no longer true. This legislation is referred to in the trade as block exemption regulations.

At a Servicesure Autocentre all vehicles are serviced and repaired to manufacturers’ specifications by qualified garage professionals, all of whom provide excellent customer service. This service is delivered with great value, reliability, integrity and without compromise. Servicesure member garages have access to excellent training courses for technicians to ensure all new technologies are covered.

Each Servicesure Autocentre has the required technical capability, knowledge and parts to carry out service and repairs to any manufacturer’s specification. So customers can expect the same level of service but with significant cost savings over franchised dealers. The Office of Fair Trading reports that an average service costs £199 at a typical franchised dealer, whereas at an independent garage, it is £119, saving in excess of 33%.

servicesure-body-imageAll garage members operate to a strict set of business practices laid out in our Customer Service Charter and are affiliated to Motor Codes, a Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution provider (ADR) who can step in should a servicing issue arise. Motor Codes are approved, monitored and audited by the Trading Standards Institute. Additionally, all servicing and repairs are backed by a market-leading exclusive National Warranty.
