Our network supplies independent garages and larger multi-site national chains such as Kwik Fit, Halfords and the AA. Our award winning service is made possible by our team of over 6,500 experienced employees aided by our specialist AlliCat parts cataloguing system to quickly identify the correct parts to fit any vehicle. Dedicated warehouse teams maintain a stock holding of over 100,000 individual parts and coordinate our fleet of over 3,500 delivery vehicles to ensure orders reach our customers on time.
Our parts catalogue is referenced against 1.3 million vehicle applications, covering 98% of the vehicles on the road in the UK and Ireland. Not only this, but our service level means that in 98% of cases, these parts reach our customers within 45 minutes of a customer’s enquiry. Getting the right part to the customer on time, first time is essential to us, which is why we have the lowest returns rate in the industry at just 12%. Our customers rely on us to get their order correct, allowing them to keep 32 million vehicles moving.
