AlliCat Online is a web-based customer-facing version of our industry-leading AlliCat parts and vehicle application catalogue system. It has been specifically designed to give trade garage customers access to an entire parts catalogue from their computer, empowering customers with the ability to identify the parts needed for vehicles in their workshop instantly.
Greater control of their parts ordering is possible through a vehicle registration mark (VRM) lookup, which finds parts for specific vehicle applications. Fitment details for all vehicle makes and models are also present to interrogate further fitting details. AlliCat Online fully integrates with Autodata Online, included at no extra cost with paid licences. Autodata integration makes AlliCat Online even more powerful with more technical data, diagrams, service schedules, repair times and guided diagnostics.
As well as part identification, AlliCat Online allows trade account customers greater freedom and flexibility with parts ordering. Orders can be placed by customers online and are received directly by their local Parts Alliance member distributor. Orders can by placed any time of day for delivery, creating an alternative always-on buying channel for trade account customers from the comfort of a computer screen. Minimal branch support is needed with live local stock availability and simple parts ordering at the click of a button, without the need of a phone call.
